Young Citizen Awards

It was the ‘Young Citizen Awards’ at St George’s Hall on Wednesday Evening 17th March. Here is a photo from the T&A showing the Stay Safe Award winner (12-25 age-group) Sabah Afzal with TV star Nikki Patel from Coronation Street who presented the prize. Sabah is in 13 P5 and was nominated by Ms Suess for being an outstanding student whilst taking on a caring role in the family. She is also Head Girl for her House.

A and AS Level Results will be released on Thursday 19th August 2010.
Year 13 can collect results from 8am and Year 12 can collect results from 10am.
GCSE Results will be released on Tuesday 24th August 2010. Year 11 & 12 students can collect results from 9am and Year 10 students can collect results from 11am onwards. Results not collected by midday will be posted out.

Staff and students are busy preparing the production of our first musical ' Little Shop of Horrors'. Performance dates are 13th - 15th July at 7.00pm. Tickets are available from the Academy. Please give your support and celebrate our achievement with us.
