Sadie Williams

Vice Principal

Sadie Williams has been passionate about the Arts since a young age and always wanted to pursue a career where she could share this love of creativity to inspire others. After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in three dimensional design, she decided to embark on a career in teaching.

After successfully leading many year teams through their education as a Head of Year, Director of Safeguarding and Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education she was awarded Specialist Leader in Education for Safeguarding.

Throughout this time, Sadie Led on several school to school support deployments in Bradford, Calderdale and Skipton supporting a number of establishments with their own internal improvements. She led various networks, delivered training on the local authority Designated Safeguarding Lead course and had an article published around proactive safeguarding in schools.

Sadie has worked on four senior leadership teams with a focus on Inclusion, Behaviour, Safeguarding and Research and Development.

Sadie took up the post of Vice Principal in April 2020. She is excited to be part of an outstanding team and looks forward to continuing to be part of the growth of Dixons Allerton Academy in becoming a world class education provider.
