The programme will develop the students skills and provide the information to enable them to make considered educational and careers decisions, which are consistent with their abilities and needs.

The aims of the careers programme at Dixon Allerton is to ensure that scholars can:

  1. have the opportunity to undertake a variety of work-related activities and experiences
  2. understand themselves and develop their capabilities
  3. understand and investigate careers and opportunities
  4. be aware of education, training, career options and pathways

  6. recognise their potential
  7. manage transitions to new roles and situations; and link what they learn in school with life outside and their future steps

A wonderful visit to our local church for our KS1 children. We learnt all about advent and explored the Christmas Tree Festival🎄. We also made little hearts and left them all over the church to spread #happiness in our community. https://t.co/IOoMLzAXjm
